Our Mission
Eli's LionHeart Foundation exists for one reason: to stand beside families navigating Congenital Heart Disease with compassion, community, and financial support when they need it most.
 

Because of you, that mission is becoming reality.
 

What began as a deeply personal commitment has grown into a movement of support. Your generosity provides direct financial assistance to families facing medical crises, long hospital stays, and unimaginable loss—covering urgent medical expenses, travel costs, and household bills  when families need relief most.
 

Our Impact

Since launching, we have:

• Provided direct financial support to multiple families facing CHD across the country

• Partnered with over 30 community businesses and organizations to raise awareness about CHD

• Worked with pediatric cardiology departments to identify families in need and provided care packages

• Built a community of compassionate supporters and volunteers

The Tellor Family
We are proud to have awarded a $10,000 grant to the Tellor family, Nicole and Jason, and their twin daughters, Avery and Emery.

Emery was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), the same condition that inspired the creation of Eli’s LionHeart Foundation. Since birth, she has undergone two open-heart surgeries and is preparing for a third.

Through it all, the Tellors have shown incredible strength, love, and resilience. This grant helps support Emery’s ongoing medical care while her family navigates the challenges of raising two energetic twins.

Mary’s Story
One of the first families we supported was Mary’s.

Born in July 2023 with a congenital heart condition, Mary spent much of her young life fighting bravely. In fall 2024, she tragically went into cardiac arrest and slipped into a coma. Her family connected with us during this impossibly difficult time.

Sadly, Mary passed away shortly after. Through your donations, we helped cover her funeral expenses and medical costs. While nothing can ease that kind of loss, your generosity lifted a financial burden so her family could focus on grieving together.
 

Our Commitment

Congenital Heart Disease affects thousands of families each year. The emotional toll is overwhelming. The financial strain can be crushing. Our mission is to ensure families facing these moments don't face them alone.
