Eli's LionHeart Foundation | 3rd Annual Charity Golf Outing

Eli's LionHeart Foundation was created in memory of Eli Joseph Dziak, an angel whose life was cut short by Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). Our mission is simple — to support families of children diagnosed with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) who travel from across the country seeking care at Mott Children's Hospital.

Join us for our 3rd Annual Golfing for Good! All proceeds go directly to CHD families, helping ease the burden of medical costs, food, and lodging during the hardest moments of their lives.
